NHK Symphony Orchestra player, part-time lecturer at Tokyo University of the Arts, part-time lecturer at Kunitachi College of Music, part-time lecturer at Okinawa Prefectural University of Arts
Entered Kunitachi College of Music in 1994. While a student there, he won third prize at the 12th Japan Winds and Percussion Competition. Graduated from the same university at the top of her class with the Yatabe Prize. Joined the Osaka Shion Wind Orchestra upon graduation. In the same year, won first prize at the 15th Japan Wind and Percussion Competition. Fourth prize and diploma award in the tuba section of the International Markneukirchen Competition in Germany.In 2005, he transferred to the NHK Symphony Orchestra, where he has performed many concertos with the orchestra, including the NHK Symphony Orchestra Orchard Concerts and NHK Symphony Orchestra Subscription Concerts, to great acclaim. 2010 saw the release of her first solo album 'Concertino'. Has studied with Eiichi Inagawa and Hideki Egawa. He is currently a tuba player with the NHK Symphony Orchestra. He is also a part-time lecturer at Tokyo University of the Arts, Kunitachi College of Music and Okinawa Prefectural University of Arts, and a member of N-crafts, Tokyo Brass Symphony, Nagisa Brass Solisten, Brass Hexagon and Japan Tuba Soloists. Director of the Japan Euphonium Tuba Association.
